"Got it sorted fast"
I had a question about my order and support replied later that same day. It wasn’t exactly a flawless experience, but they took care of the issue without making it a whole thing, which I appreciated.

"Shipping was kind of underwhelming"
The shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but the package did show up in the end.

"Pretty good value, honestly"
I’ve ordered from here a few times now and, uh, the prices seem fair to me. The bottles last a decent while too, so overall I feel like I’m getting good value for what I’m paying.

It was simple enough to use, so I’ll give it that. But the taste was really hard to get past. I’m not usually that picky, but this was one of those flavors that made me hesitate every time.

"Ordering was a bit more of a hassle than I expected"
I tried placing an order on Purity Products, and the whole process felt kind of clunky to me. Some pages were loading slowly, though I can’t say for sure if that was the site or just my connection at the time. I also had to re-enter my checkout info twice, which was annoying. The order did eventually go through, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped

"Seems legit to me"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, i haven’t had any sketchy issues. The site feels legit, the emails are clear, and the billing showed up normally. I know people can be quick to assume supplement sites are shady, but in my experience, this one hasn’t given me any reason to worry.

"Super easy to pause"
I had to pause my order because the timing just wasn’t great for me, but luckily it was really easy to change my subscription. No hassle at all

"Easy return, but whoever runs this refund process needs to speed it up"

"Usually has what I’m looking for"
I’ve ordered from Purity Products a handful of times, so I can’t speak for their whole inventory or anything, but most of the stuff I’ve needed has been in stock when I checked. There was one item I wanted that was out for a bit, though it did come back later, so it wasn’t a huge issue. The site is easy to use too. I’d give it 4 stars since availability has been good in my experience, just not perfect

"Good ingredients, but I felt a bit misled"
I do like that the ingredient list is straightforward and doesn’t seem packed with random fillers or weird extras. The quality looks solid, which is usually what I check for before buying any supplement. That said, I did feel a little misled based on how it was presented, so I’m not as impressed as I expected to be

"Not much changed for me"
I used it for about a month, i didn’t really notice any difference. You keep hoping something will kick in after a while, but for me, it just never did. Maybe it works better for other people, but I can’t say it did much for me
